Personal Assistant to Director of Trauma & Administration Assistant to Trauma Service Play a vital role in the administration of all trauma service related activities Be part of a great culture and dynamic working environment Part Time Fixed Term until 2026 The Royal Melbourne Hospital is one of Australasia’s busiest Trauma Services. Our service has been endorsed by the Australasian College of Surgeons as a level one trauma service in 2008 and 2018. Since February 1999 our Trauma Service has played an integral part in the Victorian State Trauma System as one of three Major Trauma Services, caring for the state’s most time critical and seriously injured patients, integrating all The Royal Melbourne Hospital Trauma Specialists. Your new role: Assist with the coordination and running of meetings, including room and webex or teams bookings, invitations, minutes and agenda Secretariat services for trauma courses and meetings held at RMH, including the Victorian trauma grand round, DST, PARTY program or other education Provide back fill and support to the Division of Surgical Services PA Provide confidential secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Trauma Director, Program Manager and Trauma Team About you: Professional presentation, reception and customer service skills Demonstrated relevant administrative experience and ability to work in a confidential area Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills Demonstrated organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail; ability to meet timelines Excellent information and technology skills including calendar management and virtual meetings Benefit of working with the Royal Melbourne Hospital: Career progression opportunities to suit your professional development goals Enjoy excellent work-life balance working in a supportive and collaborative team Salary packaging, onsite car parking and, close to public transport.
