We are the largest provider of support services to people living with spinal cord injuries in Australia We are currently seeking a Senior Funding & Administration Officer to join our Head Office Team based at Woolloongabba This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service-oriented professional with a financial background to join the team and help us deliver positive outcomes for our clients. What is involved in the role? In this busy role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of funding management and administration across all areas of our Commercial Services department. We are looking for someone to: Carry out claiming processes for all funded services; Calculation and financial management of all client funding arrangements; including accurate data entry and maintenance of financial data in the client management system; Problem-solve and provide specialist advice to staff and clients on matters relating to payroll and funding; Manage & monitor service delivery activities for funding programs. What is needed to be successful? Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy; Ability to be adaptable and flexible, and respond quickly to changing priorities and has the ability to work independently; Be a skilled relationship-builder with high-level interpersonal and communication skills; Strong financial administration skills and experience, including budget management; Experience with databases systems and Windows Office applications (intermediate level); A customer service professional who is experienced at exceeding customer expectations Knowledge of NDIS funding Why do I want to work at Spinal Life Australia?
