Administration Assistant - Westfield Manukau — New Auckland, Gladstone

Your opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity available at Westfield Manukau for an Administration Assistant. You'll need accounts payable experience with a high level of accuracy and great attention to detail. Our ideal person will have experience with high volumes of office administration and be able to provide support to the Centre Management team. The role is a permanent position with full-time hours and will be based at our Manukau Centre. Some of your responsibilities will include: Daily reconciliations Monthly collection of reporting and data entry using JDE Entering supplier invoices for payment runs and liaising with our Facilities team and/or external suppliers for any outstanding accounts Process recharges for monthly utilities Maintenance of insurance for our retail partners Management of office stationery and kitchen supplies Coordinating couriers with our provider Manage and maintain staff carpark administration What will set you apart from the rest? We're looking for a self-motivated, customer-focused and detail-oriented individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 2 - 4 years' experience in an accounts payable/administrative role Strong administration and computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Experience in JD Edwards is advantageous An ability to work both independently and as part of a team What sets us apart from the rest?
