Duties: Deliver highly effective administrative support to the Centre Manager Ensure accurate and timely annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting Set up leases accurately and ensure tenant lease compliance, including lease audits Maintain precise records for lease year and financial year calculations for outgoings, percentage rent, and rent reviews Assist the Centre Manager with property administration tasks, including tenant account reconciliations Skills & Experience: Perfect role for an existing Administration Manager or Assistant Centre Manager Previous exposure to Shopping Centre Management/Administration highly desirable Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Benefits: Join a supportive team with a competitive salary based in a single shopping centre in Cairns.
