You will be working for an extremely well known organisation as the Administration Manager for a portfolio of 3 centres, based in North Brisbane. Duties: Oversee daily administrative operations and support property management activities Manage tenant and client relationships, addressing inquiries and issues Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and property tours Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed Implement and maintain office systems and procedures Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting Support the property management team with lease administration and tenant communications Maintain accurate records and databases related to property management Ensure timely response to tenant and client requests Skills & experience: Must have prior experience working within centre management in a shopping centre environment Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency in using office software and property management systems Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits: Work within a North Brisbane shopping centre for a portfolio of 3 centres in QLD on a competitive salary for a well-known property company.
