In this role, you will respond to inbound sales inquiries, attend networking events, assist in the collection of information and and business development. The Role: Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers both in person and over phone/email/livechat Assist with related administration futies Contacting and following up new customer leads via phone/email Build out guest lists and attend company/networking events Provide customer insights to marketing team About You: Customer service or sales experience highly preferred with a confident phone manner High level of personal appearance Strong ability to take initiative, problem solve and take ownership of your responsibilities Personable, friendly and bright attitude.
