Sales Consultant | Events & Entertainment — North Sydney, North Sydney Area

We are on the lookout for a personable and motivated individual with a passion for providing top tier customer service and a drive to break into sales. You will play an inportant role in representing their brand from the frontline, in person and over the phone. In this role, you will respond to inbound sales inquiries, attend networking events, assist in the collection of information and and business development. The Role: Providing excellent customer service and support to new and existing customers both in person and over phone/email/livechat Assist with related administration futies Contacting and following up new customer leads via phone/email Build out guest lists and attend company/networking events Provide customer insights to marketing team About You: Customer service or sales experience highly preferred with a confident phone manner High level of personal appearance Strong ability to take initiative, problem solve and take ownership of your responsibilities Personable, friendly and bright attitude.
