Provide coverage to support a member of staff's absence providing administrative facilities support Our client is a leading player in the property sector seeking either Facilities Management Specialist or Administration Manager. This role will be on an initial 2-3 month rolling basis to provide support at a community centric asset in Mount Gambier. The role is offered on a 5 day per week basis or fleixble to suit needs. This roles offers an excellent opportunity to develop and gain experience within property, administration and facilities management Responsibilities will be varied and depend on the capabilities of the candidate's skill set and flexible in accordance with that. These may include managing & scheduling of reactive and planned maintenance work orders, dealing with 3rd party contractors, general administration, inspections and OHS management, general administration.
