About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our client's enthusiasitic and supportive team on a temporary basis. Commencing immediately and acting as a central point of contact for HR matters, you'll play a pivotal role in providing guidance, executing employee lifecycle activities, and driving key business initiatives and programs. Your focus will be on enhancing the employee experience through automation, self-service, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You: Prior experience in providing general HR advice to employees and managing onboarding and induction activities. A strong eye for detail. Proactive & enthusiastic in nature. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
