Job Description: As a State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within South Australia. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, driving people performance, and fostering strong customer relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the growth of this leading national corporate organisation. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of seven sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends. Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement corrective actions as required to drive results. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Skills & experience required: Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably from an industrial B2B background Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
