If you are a someone who is proactive, takes initiative, possesses great attention to detail and enjoys getting things done, then this role is for you This dynamic role is a key enabler for our Sales Team supporting them with managing their customers, organising meetings, preparing for customer briefs and responding to customer queries. Key Responsibilities Ensure World Class Service for Customers ensuring that Givaudan leads the way General back up and business support to the Key Account Managers (KAMs). Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio accounts. Prepare and maintain Customer Directories for Key Account Managers Account List, containing all aspects of prices codes and contacts. Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of customer documentation, questionnaires and product information documents etc. Assist in managing commercial projects in collaboration with Key Account Managers entering projects, monitoring progress of projects and samples identify customer requirements and follow-up on customer submissions. Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary. New Wins: Take ownership for transitioning Customer projects / new wins from scale up to production - preparation of monthly reports of New Wins. Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary. Customer Intelligence - Monitor customer market products, and brands using Global New Product Database and trade journals. Professional Experience 3 years of experience in a sales administrative support role or an account assistant role Previous experience in general office support Previous experience in Customer Service, and Stakeholder Engagement Technical Skills Tech Savvy / Advanced Computer literacy (Proficient in common PC applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite) and able to pick up new systems quickly) Time Management skills (able to work autonomously and as a team, keeping to project deadlines) Good interpersonal skills (excellent stakeholder management as well as working well with others in a team) Organisational skills Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal including effective listening skills) Problem solving skills (able to think creatively, and "outside the box" to find optimal solutions) Self Starter, takes initiative Please note: we cannot sponsor a work visa for this opportunity.
