A technical / mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment High level organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels. Previous supervisory experience in a Rental Equipment Business or similar well regarded. Proven advanced abilities in Excel and Microsoft Word and proficient user of Microsoft Outlook High level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines. High level of internal and external customer service / satisfaction skills Ability to communicate with end users at all levels and have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
