What you will be doing: Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians & product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing & debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked or wireless systems. Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate/fix problems in malfunctioning equipment/software. Reports design, reliability & maintenance problems/bugs to design or software engineering. May be involved in customer installation & training. Help provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature. Skills you'll need to be successful in this role: Up to 2 years' hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Servicenow Developer. 2-5 years' experience working in a customer facing application support / technical support role Experience in troubleshooting JavaScript Code Proficient with analyzing log files & standard debugging concepts. Creative problem-solving approach & strong analytical skills. Knowledgeable in troubleshooting Saas/web applications Good understanding of SQL DB & Linux/Unix OS Familiarity with incident management, knowledgebase, defect & escalation managements Preferably has prior experience working on Servicenow platform & Servicenow modules Servicenow certifications and/or experience w/ ITSM implementations will also be an advantage What awaits you: Look forward to an exciting & innovative Tech culture, state of the art facilities, very supportive environment, strong growth trajectory, flexible WFH/Hybrid setup & the opportunity for perm conversion.
