About the Opportunity: The Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing Hugh Hamilton Wines' customer database, campaign forecasts, communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables, as well as reporting and analysis. This is an end-to-end role. The successful candidate will help manage Hugh Hamilton Wines' CRM (Commerce7), wine club and member database. They will work with the marketing team to implement individual campaign initiatives outlined in the annual marketing plan, confidently implementing their monthly campaigns and meeting timelines. They will prepare forecasting and sales reports for the team, demonstrating proficiency in Excel. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all campaign and CRM content, collateral, product, and communications are of high quality, consistent with brand guidelines, and delivered on time. This person is a team player and will build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Key Responsibility Areas: Manage, maintain, and segment customer information in CRM (Commerce7) Set up and maintain CRM reporting Create product and promotional bundles Prepare periodic forecasting and sales reports Analyse campaign effectiveness and identify areas for process improvement Plan work with the Marketing and Logistics team Coordinate delivery of content and collateral for campaigns Communicate timelines and goals for campaign activity to stakeholders Implement and refine the customer contact plan Support order processing, customer inquiries, and assist with market research and event planning What you look like and need to demonstrate to be successful: Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications Working knowledge and understanding of CRM systems and inventory management software (Commerce 7, Vinsight experience viewed favorably) Proficient in using Excel for consolidating and analysing data sets Customer-centric with outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take initiative in a team environment Adobe suite of products including InDesign and Photoshop (desirable) Subscription clubs and loyalty programme experience (desirable) Understanding of SMS systems and freight management software (Wholesale SMS and MachShip desirable) Why consider working for Hugh Hamilton?
