Up to 20 hours per week, including access to BIG rewards and benefits. F FULL TRAINING provided. Role and responsibilities: Confidently engage with customers as the first point of contact Increase sales opportunities through the interactive promotion of products and services Provide exceptional customer service and have strong problem-solving skills Drive advocacy for Optus and demonstrate and build capability amongst stores teams through training and coaching Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment Preferred experience and attributes : Experience in customer-facing promotional or retail environments Be well presented, reliable , and able to work variable hours and days Be passionate about people Confident in engaging and building a relationship with customers and key stakeholders Strong communication skills and an adept understanding of customer needs Current Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport Available for retail hours including Thursday evening and weekends.
