Senior Support Engineer — Bella Vista, The Hills District

Services include Cloud, Managed IT, Data migration, domains and hosting, Compliance and IT Procurement. They support a variety of different industries such as medical, engineering, mining, manufacturing, schools and many more. Responsibilities: Providing escalated (2nd & 3rd level) technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of high-level technical issues related to voice and networking equipment and services; Strong project management skills and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks; Excellent communication skills to all levels in the organisation; Personality wise, you will have high energy and be positive, hungry, optimistic, and friendly. You’ll be keen to have autonomy and empowerment to drive innovative technical solutions for your new employer; Given the seniority of the role the business would like the ideal candidate to come from a MSP background and have at least 4 years minimum working within the MSP space; and Currently hold a Permanent Residency or Citizenship, be willing to undertake a National Police Clearance. Technical Experience: Endpoint Management – Intune, NAble (or equivalent); Office 365 / Azure AD User Administration; ConnectWise (or equivalent) PSA; Server Management inc. Active Directory User / Groups / DNS Management; Microsoft Azure management experience required; VMware / Hyper-V experience; Veeam, Datto backup experience; Voice / IP Telephony / BroadSoft experience; Networking / Firewall experience Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate desirable; Security experience; Amazon AWS (desirable); and Microsoft Azure (desirable).
