Job Description Your New Role We are looking for an experienced senior infrastructure engineer, to join our high performing, talented, multi-disciplinary infrastructure team sitting in the Chief Information Office (CIO) Services Group. The role will be multi-faceted and we are looking for a unique individual who is able to contribute broadly across the Australian business. The role will focus on several key activities including but not limited to: Ticket Management Resolution Monitoring Management Resolution Use PRTG/Splunkto check for outages, identify and implement monitoring for identified gaps Virtualisation Management Compute, storage, networking Compute Infrastructure Management VM builds, decommision, resolving of failures Server Management Vulnerability investigation and resolution Data Centre Activities SCCM Management InTune deployments of Android and iOS updates Operating System deployments, support and management This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen .
