Based in Derrimut and reporting to the Warranty Manager, you will serve as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries and provide support for internal teams. Key responsibilities are: Booking installations & managing schedules Liaising by phone and email with internal and external stakeholders Liaising with clients and builders regarding the status of jobs Providing general administrative support The successful applicant will have: Solid communication (written and verbal) skills Creative problem-solving abilities Attention to detail Intermediate skill in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) It is desirable that you can meet deadlines and have an eye for detail. In addition, you will enjoy building relationships and communicating with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
