About the Role: This reception administration role is the front line for our Adelaide based Home Care Office. You will be answering phone calls, assisting visitors to the office and undertaking a wide variety of administration tasks to keep the office running smoothly, whilst maintaining a professional and care attitude. This position needs someone who has a positive work ethic, enjoys being busy and can develop good working relationships with other members of St Louis. To be successful in this role you will have: A natural ability to engage with people of various ethnicities and ages A flexible approach to supporting the St Louis homecare team head office Excellent communication and customer service skills to put our Client’s needs as No. 1 Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while building great relationships The ability to think on your feet and adapt to a busy work environment Have a high level of Empathy and Patience Essentials: Covid and Flu 2024 Vaccination National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old) Able to work between 09:00 am - 05:00pm – Monday to Friday Qualifications / Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/Office) and Outlook Experience using 3CX Previous Experience working in a busy Reception / Administration role About St Louis: St Louis is a family-owned and operated company that has been providing care and support to older South Australians since 1946.
