Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: The provision of mobile phone assets to employees Account and billing reconciliation Liasing with external suppliers & maintaining a user database Close liaison with our internal compliance team & procurement team, to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed as per the Epiroc way. Ad hoc tasks related to travel bookings & other administrative tasks. Ideally, you will possess: High attention to detail Experience with Microsoft applications (preferably Microsoft Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Accounting skills highly regarded but not essential Fast learner and committed. As part of our recruitment process, we require a National Police Clearance amongst other pre-employment verification requirements.
