Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements. Participate actively in client meetings and presentations, addressing queries and discussing project progress. Conduct advanced structural analysis and design for multilevel buildings with a focus on post-tension systems. Evaluate the stability, strength, and durability of post-tensioned structures, identifying optimal design solutions. Implement rigorous quality assurance procedures to guarantee the reliability and safety of post-tension installations. Conduct detailed inspections of post-tensioned structures, identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate corrective measures. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, outlining findings and recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities Communicate complex structural concepts and findings clearly and concisely to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, facilitating their professional growth and development. Review and approve drawings, calculations, and reports prepared by junior engineers, ensuring compliance with company standards. Qualification & Experience Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in structural consulting/design firms Minimum 4 years of experience in PT design in multi-storey building projects Competent RamConcept or/and RAPT software user Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and AutoCAD. Thorough knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements.
