Be challenged and imagine with us As Program Administrator, you will manage and drive success for the Trailblazer for Recycling and Clean Energy (TRaCE) Program . You will achieve this through the management of project staff, monitoring of KPIs, and ensuring activities align with the Program's strategic goals. In this role you will: Develop efficient and effective structures and processes around strategic activity and engagement, detailed reporting, and day-to-day operations. Provide high-level strategic advice to support the TRaCE Director and team in delivering on the Program’s milestones. Foster internal and external partnerships and collaborations, achieving common goals and positive partnership outcomes. This fixed term position is until June 2027, is full or part time (minimum 0.6FTE), and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land). How will you inspire us? You will have: Proven leadership ability to manage and empower staff, ensuring high performance and target delivery. Strong communication skills including demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and support to senior management. Expertise in project and administration management, with a track record of designing and maintaining systems to successfully implement programs. What we offer The remuneration for this position is from $112,112 to $130,798 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience. A demonstrated ability to use initiative to apply a solutions-based approach to positive stakeholder engagement, creating operational efficiencies, and meeting strategic objectives.
