We are looking for an energetic and dedicated team player to join our team in a dual-role capacity as a Rostering / Administrative Assistant at our Wodonga office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a closely-knit team in Wodonga. In this role, you will also work closely with the Head Office team based in SA. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager in Wodonga you will be responsible for the: Administrative Duties: General Office management including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, ensuring the cleanliness of the office premises, and ensuring adequate stocks of stationery and other office supplies are available at all times, at the Wodonga branch office Monitoring the Administration inbox, responding to queries and escalating as required Ensuring adequate stocks of stationery, cleaning products, PPE and all other required supplies are available at all BET–Victoria participant sites Support the People & Culture function. This includes scheduling interviews, induction support, support with employee compliance and training requirements etc. Attend regular training and perform other related duties as required Be part of the on-call support team on a roster basis for Wodonga-based employees Rostering Duties: Responding to rostering requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner. Ensuring customer-focused service is provided to all staff and consumers. Ensuring scheduled and unplanned leave is adequately covered.
