Our global sales team is huge, and we love seeking people internally to promote. SDRs typically choose to grow into Account Executive roles, Customer Account Management Sales Operations/Management, or Marketing roles. The SDR team is new in Sage Australia so there are ample opportunities to grow into an SDR Manager. Location: Hybrid - 3 days of in-office collaboration from our Sydney CBD office. Experience Required: Is this you? At least 1 year of outbound and inbound sales experience in the tech industry. You have proven experience working towards and achieving targets. You've been recognized for your excellent communication skills and your ability to convey information clearly and compellingly. You are a self-starter and resourceful - energized by coming up with creative solutions. You are known for being fearless and resilient - celebrating your wins and learning from your losses. Experience with or eagerness to learn Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, 6sense, and/or Outreach is a plus Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Activities Qualify Marketing-Driven Leads (MQLs): Collaborate with the performance marketing team to qualify leads generated from marketing efforts and engage in data-driven lead management to handle incoming inquiries. Prospecting: Drive lead qualification and prospecting within designated ABX accounts using our advanced tech stack, engage finance leaders in high-level discussions to articulate the value proposition of Sage Intacct, and develop and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities. Collaborative Activities Coordinate with the Account Executive team to set up Qualified Discovery Calls (QDCs) and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Work closely with the Account Executive team to support the sales process and maintain alignment on goals and strategies. Product Knowledge Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sage Intacct's product offerings and upcoming releases to communicate effectively with leads and prospects. Benefits?
