A unique Administration Support opportunity currently exists within our safety consulting practice to work with our largest Victorian based client. This work is critical in helping our client manage health, safety and wellbeing for its large workforce, who are seeking to make a positive impact and contribute to shaping future generations. This role would suit persons who are interested in a graduate OHS position or someone developing a career in OHS who have established transferrable people and technology skills. The role entails working within a team of specialist safety consultants helping our client reduce the administrative burden of implementation of its health, safety, and wellbeing systems. Crucial to the role is a client/customer focus and a "can do" attitude as well as the ability to accurately enter data and quickly learn technology systems. What's in it for you? We will count on you to: Providing our key client with safety related administration support i.e. scanning and uploading documents and data entry into online platforms Face to face and remote/video based site visits either with a safety consultant or independently to support the delivery of safety services to our key client Engagement with client contacts in the delivery of administrative support services Other administrative support tasks to the client and team as required Travel to client sites to assist with OHS administration duties What you need to have: A working with children check will be required Drivers' license and own vehicle Proficient data entry skills, and experience in using Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint Ability to learn new technology and online systems is necessary A customer service approach Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Crucial to your success in this role is the ability to effectively communicate, problem solve and build credible relationships at all levels; both internally and with clients. Strong organisation and planning skills, as well the ability to work with high levels of initiative and to strict deadlines are essential in this role. What makes you stand out?
