Monitoring email inbox and sorting emails efficiently Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website) Data entry into in house programs Other general invoicing, filling and office administration tasks About You Excellent customer service skills. 2-5 years experience in customer service roles Basic computer knowledge. Professional phone mannerism. Strong organisational & time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a growing team environment & independently.
