As an office administrator and receptionist, is a key role in servicing clients where you can make an impact in the lives of the children and their families. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills within office Admin in a friendly team of allied health professionals. You will take incoming calls, make bookings, and take payments from clients. You will need to be technology savvy, friendly, approachable, and, most importantly, keen to learn new skills and be a quick learner. To be eligible to apply you will need the following: Proficient with general admin duties such as greeting people, answering the phone, sending and responding to emails, uploading files, faxes, printing, shredding, data entry, scanning and uploading documents. Knowledge and an ability to maintain current knowledge, of Medicare and NDIS Excellent attention to detail, communication, time management, and organisation skills. Proficient with Microsoft 365. Proficient in using Halaxy. If not proficient in Halaxy, an ability to learn the program. Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments for up to 4 practitioners. Possess a working with children and people with a disability card and NDIS screening check or the eligibility to obtain these. Key Responsibilities: Review NDIS and Medicare policies and ensure practice policy reflect these. Ensure accuracy of information, forms, agreements etc. Review and update NDIS service agreements as required. Schedule appointments for up to 4 practitioners. Use of Halaxy practice management system. General admin duties.
