Receptionist / Administration Assistant An exciting opportunity has a risen for an Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join us on this journey and contribute positively to the continued success of the Company. This isn't standard office work - its hands on, varied and challenging. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the catering team, Head Office, Miss Maud cafes and Bakehouse teams. As a guide your role will include: Completing general administration duties; including updating forms, photocopying, scanning and uploading documents Assisting the catering team; including answering catering inquiries/ quotes, orders etc Providing promotional materials and product tickets for the Miss Maud stores Communicating clearly, effectively and with diplomacy to all levels within the Company Performing ad-hoc administration duties and assisting teams when required About you While this list is in no way conclusive, we expect you'll demonstrate the following skills and experience to be able to fly in this role Attention to detail.
