It's also home to Chevron's Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. This varied role is for a 2:2 FIFO roster providing essential support to our site team on Barrow Island. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of administrative project controls, data tracking, site-based administrative systems and procedures across the projects. This role supports other team members and projects as required, in the delivery of administrative requirements to meet project needs, uphold internal procedures and satisfy Client expectations. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Support business improvements through consistency and reliability in information reported from project through the Project Administration Team Manage and mentor the administrative team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve targets and objectives. Provide support and work with Project Managers/Project Directors to ensure project administrative requirements and outcomes are met. Able to cope with delivering multiple competing priorities to achieve what is both urgent and important to meet both deadlines and other's needs. Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Payroll and IT to ensure effective coordination and execution of administration activities. Builds positive relationships with Client, through understanding Client's needs/expectations and responding in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure that Business Systems are being followed through ongoing communication and coaching of reports Attend meetings and assist with determination of project requirements. ABOUT YOU Cert III Business Administration, or similar. 5-10 years Administration experience or equivalent Experience of INX software or similar travel booking systems Ability to manage direct reports and support indirect reports when required Business acumen in decision making and problem solving skills. Solid understanding of internal and Client requirements in reporting and database management. Current Drivers Licence, and Construction Industry Induction Card Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to build effective relationships. Manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
