Exciting opportunity for Administration/Accounts Payable with a massive company Looking for your next opportunity in Administration and accounts? We have a role for you We have partnered with a massively growing logistics company in their Search for an Admin and accounts payable/receivable superstar. Based in Port of Brisbane Temp to perm opportunity Paying between $31 to $35 per hour plus super (Experience based) What you will be doing? Manage office operations including handling incoming calls, emails and maintaining calendars. Complete accounts receivables, payables and process invoices. Organise and maintain filing systems for efficient document retrieval. Provide general administrative support to the wider team. Liaise with the warehouse on arrivals of deliveries and/or drivers. Assist with order processing and shipment tracking, maintain accurate shipment documentation (invoices, packing slips etc). Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients via phone, email and in person. Maintain and update databases, accounts and logistics spreadsheets. Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and follow up on orders. Other general adhoc Administration tasks. What are we looking for? Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Experience with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivables and bookkeeping activities e.g. raising purchase orders Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize affectively Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Proficiency in a warehouse management system is a plus but not necessary.
