About the role The Student Administration Manager at EDU ensures excellence in student administration, overseeing the Student Management Systems and compliance reporting. This role reports to the Head of Student Administration and Campus Operations and leads the Timetabling and Enrollments Coordinators. Student Administration: Oversee enrollments, course creation, progression plans, and administrative processes. Timetabling: Manage the implementation of efficient timetabling, optimising class sizes. Reporting: Develop and publish student data reports, facilitating improvement actions. Team Management: Lead and mentor the Student Administration team, ensuring engagement and performance. Other: Contribute to team goals, maintain safety standards, and uphold confidentiality. Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor qualification or higher. 10 years in student administration (3 years in a senior role). Leadership and process management experience. Proficiency in student management, learning management, and timetabling software. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
