About the Position We are seeking an experienced administration professional who is looking for a new challenge with a growing and progressive company. Our Administration Assistant will report into our Site Manager and be responsible for site administration on a daily basis. This includes, reporting, data entry and diary management. This is a Permanent Full-Time position which will help assist with continuous improvement programmes around compliance, risk management and skills development associated with production, WHSE and workplace training activities. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Working with management to ensure the efficient running of administration services to support operational teams. Actioning daily and weekly reporting requests to meet needs of the site. Data entry and database management. Processing operational transactions and information as required. Assisting the Payroll and WHSE teams with any administrative needs on an ad-hoc basis. To be successful in this role you will have: Significant experience in a similar administration role is essential. A strong attention to detail as well as superior writing, literacy, numeracy, and comprehension skills. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Time management skills and the ability to manage workloads with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work in and contribute to a dynamic team and demonstrate a flexible approach while adapting to changing priorities and work demands. In return, we offer: A competitive salary package.
