They specialise in the delivery of build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. Client Details Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial, multi-residential, health-care, education and government sectors. This includes new build, refurbishment and fit out projects up to $20m in value. Their Senior Management team is compromised of a number highly respected figures within the Brisbane market. The next stage of their growth requires a Senior Contracts Administrator to both lead commercial activity on projects as well taking on a mentor-ship role for the wider project delivery teams. Description Key responsibilities will include: Taking the lead on head contract and sub-contract negotiations Commercial and financial responsibility on projects up to $20m Leading and mentoring Contract Administrators, Project Coordinators and Cadets within the business Profile Selection criteria will include: Demonstrated commercial success within the building construction sector Strong capability delivering profitable projects in the $1-20m range Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities Job Offer On offer: An initial starting salary expected to be in the range of $160-180k super Office location close to Brisbane CBD and public transport options A clear progression path towards Commercial Manager position Flat management structure and direct communication with executive leadership team To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
