Ray White Cottesloe | Mosman Park are now seeking a Sales Manager to lead our multi-award winning office of sales professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing, developing and mentoring our high performing sales team. You'll be required to recruit, onboard and coach new team members to become exceptional sales agents they aspire to be. You will drive, motivate and implement strategies to ensure team members are meeting their sales targets and KPIs. You will have the pleasure of working alongside our highly respected Director, Jody Fewster to streamline processes, maximise revenue and drive business growth. You will also be in charge of developing and maintaining positive, long lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve excellent results and deliver exceptional customer service. Real estate sales experience is advantageous, however we strongly encourage anyone with the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment to apply Your duties will include… Manage and inspire our high performing team of sales representatives; Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to enhance and encourage career growth and development; Recruit, onboard and train new sales representatives; Identify talent gaps within the sales team and conduct regular training sessions and upskilling opportunities; Observe and analyse market trends and monitoring our competitors performance and activity; Identify areas of new opportunity in the market to ensure we remain ahead of the curb; Developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets and growth objectives; Implement sales targets and KPIs for the team and each individual sales agent, manage the performance metrics and provide regular reports to sales agents on progress and areas for improvement; Nurture and strengthen relationships with all our valued clients and stakeholders; Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives; Manage budgets and financial resources allocated to the sales department; and Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and ethical standards. To succeed in this role you'll have Previous experience as a real estate sales manager or similar; Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members; Experience in developing systems and processes to contribute to team success; Strong leadership skills; Fantastic conflict resolution skills; A solid understanding of HR principals and practices; Excellent communication skills; Strong organisation and time management skills; High levels of professionalism; A 'can do' attitude; Sound technical skills; The ability to prioritise; A high attention to detail; and The ability to build and maintain a positive culture.
