You'll be a natural leader with a flare for sales and driving growth, but still have the fundamental organisational and process skills required to keep a business at its best Duties: Managing the key deliverables of the Sales and Operations Business Units Key Account Management for the business' largest clients - Driving continued growth Assisting with project reports and reviews Management and development of staff - Being a coach and advocate for your team Responsibility for Customer Service and ensuring excellence in representing the brand Your incredible capabilities will include: Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, providing clear direction and fostering professional development. Operational Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, develop and negotiate contracts with stakeholders, and utilise market insights to forecast sales trends.
