You will be involved in project startup meetings and collaborate within the team to come up with effective solutions during the design development phase. This will course require you to be well versed in resolving design/construction challenges across disciplines. This is not a role where you will spend a lot of time fixing the wrongs of past projects; rather have your pick of projects. A few major new building projects have been recently won. Tackle something new and challenging The next step would be a more Senior role, accountable for 2-3 Drafters to delegate work to.
