Due to internal movement we are seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team to support the branch with sales, service and parts support to customers. The role: Provide effective product and service sales support to clients Review service report requirements and action as required Prepare quotations capturing parts, consumables and labour costs, ensuring follow up is conducted in a timely manner General parts interpretation – training provided Identify opportunities for upsell of service and repairs Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and managed correctly Sales funnel management, forecasting and reporting Effective sales handovers to the service operations team once quotation has been approved by the client Participate in training and What we’re looking for: A technical aptitude favourable Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills (internal and external) Self motivated to succeed in a competitive market with the ability to display diligence and determination in maintaining forward progress with a full sales funnel Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Shows a high degree of organisational ability and attention to detail Proactive and self motivated team player Demonstrated ability working with various computer programs with accuracy A positive attitude and is dependable and reliable Benefits: $75k-$80k super Full-time permanent role Professional and safe work environment A great team culture Long term career and training opportunities If you would like to know more, apply today as we’d love to hear from you SCR-suzie-ninevski Who is A.I.R Recruitment?
