Internal Sales Engineer — North Parramatta, Parramatta Area

For more information, visit: www.dotmar.com.au Responsibilities: Drive sales and develop new business opportunities. Manage inbound sales enquiries (phone, email and in person) including follow ups. Build strong client relationships to develop optimal solutions Partnering with external sales engineers to provide the best customer service. Receive hands-on training in communication, negotiation, sales and product applications. Play a key role in selling renowned brands across various industries. Requirements: Previous internal sales experience in manufacturing/engineering fields. Exposure to plastics & related materials is a plus. Understanding of manufactured components & process Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong desire to work in a dynamic customer service environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Self-starter with excellent time management skills Team player with a positive attitude and a customer centric focus Tertiary qualification in Engineering preferred but not essential Australian/New Zealand resident or citizen (no temporary visas or sponsorships available) About us: Dotmar Engineering Plastics Ltd is a market leader with over 55 years of experience in Australia and New Zealand.
