We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team and champion the progress of Australian Apprentices while delivering exceptional support to employers and other stakeholders. Busy at Work, the Apprenticeship Community is a national collective of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services providers, with over 40 years of experience in connecting employers and apprentices. We offer advice and tailored support for apprentices, trainees, and businesses to support successful careers and skilled, productive workplaces. Job Description What You’ll Do: This role involves organizing and conducting scheduled contacts via phone, SMS, email, or self-service functions, as well as following up on queries and managing administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide outstanding service to employers, apprentices, and stakeholders to monitor progress Schedule and manage contacts via phone, SMS, email, or self-service Complete milestone communications within required timeframes, adhering to guidelines and KPIs Conduct calls to offer advice per contractual requirements Address and resolve queries with the appropriate personnel or stakeholders Advise apprentices on future opportunities using career tools and assessments Maintain knowledge of AASS Guidelines and relevant state requirements Encourage employers to continue employing apprentices and refer new business opportunities This role offers the flexibility to work at either Coburg or Scoresby. Desired Skills and Experience What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to provide courteous and efficient service Proactive approach to monitoring and following up on apprentice progress Proficiency in managing various communication channels Ability to operate ethically according to Australian and State Government requirements, client expectations, and CoAct’s high standards Demonstrated ability to follow compliance requirements and meet KPIs within restricted timeframes What Can We offer?
