Sales Excellence Specialist — Macquarie Park, Ryde Area

Based in Sydney or Adelaide, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Sales Excellence Specialist Channel and Partner & Digital Buildings. Reporting into the Director Commercial Excellence you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, tools, and processes with a focus on driving Pipeline, Platforming, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Sales Incentive Plan, in support of the Sales Excellence Business Leads. Your main responsibilities include but not limited to: Collaborate with Sales Excellence Business Leads to drive pipeline growth and capture new business opportunities Support platforming initiatives by promoting and ensuring adoption of key platforms and digital tools Enhance sales force effectiveness through targeted training programs and ongoing support Contribute to the design and management of sales incentive plans to motivate and improve sales team performance About you: You are a highly driven and self-motivated individual who loves to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. You are an astute communicator with ability to lead strategic insights.
