Danpal are seeking a proactive and results-driven salesperson to spearhead revenue growth with their exceptional project sales abilities. Project Sales Representative - we are on the lookout for an ambitious commercially gifted senior sales professional to join our team with a genuine career path into management within a year or three. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will engage with clients, providing design and installation guidance, and driving sales through project specifications across NSW and ACT regions. Key responsibilities: Maintain existing customers and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue through specification sales and project management within the building envelope. Provide technical support to contractors under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager. Manage projects from tender to completion, ensuring continuous engagement. Substitute competitor specifications where possible. Engage with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contractors. Ensure accurate and current Salesforce management. Attend weekly sales meetings to report and analyze results. Prioritize personal training and development. About you: A successful track record selling within the BUILDING ENVELOPE - selling on a project-by-project basis. Hands on experience and knowledge of the Australian Building and Construction sector - solution selling to architects, specifiers, engineers, builders, and home improvement companies. Consultative sales experience with a focus across energy efficiency, acoustics, and fire. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Effective time management and organizational skills. Current driver's license (company car provided). Must be an Australian / New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
