About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Copy and paste 3-5 key accountabilities from the Role Description: Provide first point of call, reception and telephone response service for patients and/or relatives and ensure re-direction to the appropriate area for care by health professionals, using tact, diplomacy and discretion. Provide a high standard of keyboard and word processing services Ability to move within departments Provide high standard of data integrity Perform duties such as searches, admissions, booking public and private appointments and discharges of patients both public and private on the Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) including the completion of associated paperwork as per District policy and departmental procedures.
