Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2024 school year, up to the end of Term 2, 2025. Suitable applicants will provide an integrated and culturally responsive program to meet the needs of our predominantly Aboriginal student population. Suitable applicants will ideally have an understanding of explicit instruction. Knowledge of The Writing Revolution, Let's Decode & Spelling Mastery is highly desirable. Suitable applicants will also ideally be flexible, energetic, and be able to work collaboratively within their phase. We are seeking teachers who have outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to communicate effectively and build genuine relationships with parents, students, and staff members. Suitable applicants will ideally possess exemplary teaching skills, be highly motivated and hold themselves accountable to delivering best practice. Our school East Kalgoorlie Primary School (EKPS) is situated on the eastern fringe of Kalgoorlie-Boulder in Williamstown. Our students reside all over the city, 94% of whom are Aboriginal.
