It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver. Key knowledge and experience The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Ability to provide a responsive, customer focused support service to the MNHHS organisation as a member of the Administration Services team within DMN. Proven experience in providing confidential information and advice to DMN management and other staff across DMN on administrative, human resource and financial issues in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Ability to provide advice to, and assist, the DMN teams in the financial management of DMN through the provision of timely and accurate budget and financial management information. Capability to assist with ordering of goods and services, stock control, records and file management. Proficiency in secretariat duties relating to DMN meetings, including but not limited to arranging and coordination of meetings, organisation of meeting papers, provision of confidential and accurate minute taking and distribution as required.
