Support underwriters, brokers, and third-party administrators in this integral role to support efficiency and customer experience across liability claims. This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days per week based in the South of Brisbane area. The Role: . Provide a proactive claims management approach supporting underwriters, brokers and third parties with claims coordination. Database management, reporting and administration support to senior leaders Build and maintain rapport with clients and brokers. Assist with the continued development and implementation of improved claims processes. About You: 2 years experience in claims coordination Have a genuine, caring nature that puts your colleagues and customers at the heart of what you do, showing empathy in all circumstances. An individual who demonstrates strong time management skills and prioritisation. A true team player who supports peers and loves helping others.
