Contracts Administrator — The Hill, Newcastle Area

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Contracts Administrator to join our growing team in Maryville, NSW. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they're delivered efficiently and effectively. What you'll do: Review, analyse, and interpret contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Manage variations and claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Oversee subcontract administration, including onboarding, inductions, and performance monitoring. Process invoices and manage project budgets in accordance with agreed terms. Maintain accurate contract registers and filing systems. Provide clear and concise communication with internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters. Support the development and implementation of effective contract management processes. What you'll bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in contracts administration, ideally within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contract principles and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software (a plus). Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Pensar?
