We are looking for a passionate and dedicated administration expert who will be reporting to our Head of Residential Aged Care to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the executive leadership team. This is a dynamic and pivotal role that includes providing secretariat support, is critical in ensuring a high degree of professional co-ordination and must be able to work under pressure at times and handle a wide variety of activities including confidential matters with discretion. What can you expect to be doing? Ensure Residential Aged Care Leadership administration operates in an efficient and effective manner. Maintain up-to-date data and assist in the preparation of statistical reports. Provide clerical and administrative support services including but not limited to calendar management, ordering stock, photocopying, postage and preparing and maintaining Residential Aged Care Leadership files Prepare, distribute and publish Residential Aged Care leadership communications, as required. Prepare meeting agendas, action lists, booking and set up and undertake minute taking for Residential Aged Care Leadership Provide administration support including email and calendar management for the HORAC Support the development of project documentation outputs inclusive of process flows and related procedural or workflow documentation. Actively participate in training, meetings and committees as required Ensure a high standard of service delivery, responding to all enquiries (phone, email, in person, etc.) in a timely manner. What do you need to bring? Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external customers. Proven ability to provide high level use of the utilise Microsoft Office Suite and capability to learn new IT programs. Proven experience coordinating a leader’s Outlook calendar. Proven accurate data entry and reporting skills. Proven ability to work on tasks with a high level of confidentiality. Diploma/Certificate IV in Business Admin or equivalent proven experience Organisation and time management skills Who is AnglicareSA?
