Your New Role This is the beginnings of our brand transformation journey, and we are seeking a talented, versatile and resourceful Brand Marketing Manager with a proven track record in building and transforming retail brands. Reporting to the Managing Director, and collaborating with Store and Buying teams, the purpose of this role will be to elevate our brand, drive store traffic and improve our online presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand positioning, awareness and perception, ultimately growing our customer base and increase sales across all channels. Manage internal and external graphic designers to develop and optimise brand and marketing materials. Maintain relationships with printing agencies, merchandise, and brand suppliers to ensure quality control and brand consistency. Monitor franchisees to ensure they present on-brand and relevant materials, educating and realigning offices to brand standards as necessary. Ensure all brand marketing collateral and initiatives comply with state regulations. Build relationships with franchisees to gather feedback on marketing needs Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and equity Engage with key stakeholders to align on brand strategy, goals, and execution plans, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration. Create and manage the annual and seasonal marketing calendar and media plan including season launches, activations, collaborations, partnerships and promotions. Execution of the digital marketing plan across social, SEO, SEM, CRM EDMs etc. Communicate marketing calendar to stores, ensuring visual merchandising signage and POS reflect the brand and messaging. Establish and manage strategic partnerships with Influencers and affiliate partners. Lead internal content creation for socials and key marketing campaigns, working with the Buying department on bringing the product vision to life. Manage the annual marketing budgets, aligning costs with strategic objectives, optimising spends across all media channels. Report on key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA etc) and continually evaluating and optimising the effectiveness of marketing channels, mediums, content etc. Lead and develop local area marketing and new store opening marketing initiatives for corporate and franchise stores, working closely with centre management. Build, develop and provide leadership to a small marketing team. About You As the ideal candidate you have: Proven experience in shaping brand identity and positioning in a competitive market. Ability to develop and execute innovative and integrated brand strategy in a multi-channel retail environment. Strong track record and passion for retail and branding. Extensive experience executing successful retail marketing campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing (Social Media, SEO, SEM etc) and e-commerce with strong understanding of performance marketing. A creative flair and good eye for design is required and graphic design skills are highly regarded. Ability to build strong partnerships with influencers, affiliates, agencies, and other external parties. Driven, hands-on, detail oriented and well organised, with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Competent with Adobe Suite and other marketing tools (A working knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify highly regarded). Commercial acumen with a data and analytics driven approach. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce/Communications or related field are desirable.
