About the organisation: A leader in their field, this niche industrial local manufacturing business produce a range of technical products/solutions and supply them across markets such as Defence, Agriculture, Government, Emergency Services and Mining. This business is investing into growth, lifting current capability and now wish to appoint a new National Sales & Marketing Manager who will help reshape the front end of the organisation. Role overview: The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing the organization’s sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth by active selling and management of sales and marketing departments. This role involves being hands reshaping the go to market strategy and team, promoting products, developing campaigns, overseeing content creation and reporting. Key duties & responsibilities: Lead and support members of the sales and marketing team in setting goals and providing guidance to achieve targets. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Plan, oversee and execute various sales and marketing campaigns across various channels (customer visits, telephone calls, digital, print & social media) Oversee content creation including website, articles, email campaigns, case studies, media posts and promotional materials. Prepare and carry out technical presentations for interstate or overseas customers. Identify and negotiate partnerships, sponsorships or collaborations that align with marketing goals. Assist the Managing Director in growing sales and strategic customer engagement activities. Prepare monthly sales and marketing report. Approving costs and quotes to remain within yearly budget Key skills & requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles - Broad industrial manufacturing industry background Ideally have SME and corporate business experience Strong strategic thinking and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Able to analyse data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management skills.
