The Opportunity: As an Integrated Designer you will dream up and execute ideas to support strategy, creative, partnerships and communications teams. The role will vary from idea generation, to implementation and delivery. Your role will have two focus areas including creativity and craft. Your creativity will be through how you think, how you answer briefs and how you relay those ideas to colleagues and clients. Your craft will relate to evolving your design skills to better the overall end product and outputs. A snapshot of what you'll do: Generate strategically sound design and content ideas that challenge the status quo whilst answering the brief. Create tactics that bring the idea to life across earned and owned channels including PR, social media, owned channels and activations. Effectively create design assets to support agency functions from concept stage to production Work on diverse projects, including web design (websites, apps, banners, emailers), social design (static and animated posts), motion design (content, animations, hype reels), print design (brochures, posters, invites), and brand design (campaign lock-ups, identities). Concept visualisations for campaigns such as photoshop mock-ups. Work closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to bring the vision of their ideas to life. Be the owner of our internal S&E Agency brand guidelines, constantly perfecting and building upon them to ensure our brand image is industry leading and culturally relevant. We are at the forefront of culture, so we need to ensure we look, feel and sound that way too. Plus much more Skills & Attributions: Strategic and expert understanding of PR, publicity, news generation, influencers and social Strong understanding of marcomms; events & experiential; digital; partnerships Natural ability to identify, develop and nurture ideas for clients Ability to understand and articulate client needs and requirements to scope opportunities Excellent time management and organisational skills Able to prioritise tasks based on relative importance and urgency Excellent attention to detail Enthusiastic for passion based marketing focusing in on influencing culture Your ideal experience: Highly skilled in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Skilled in Animate and/or After Effects Knowledge of and experience in print layout, pre-press & the digital design process An understanding of web standards, user experience, general design skills & typography. Knowledge of the latest design industry trends, techniques and technologies.
