Looking forward to FY25, we are creating an exciting new role of Associate Sales Manager. As an Associate Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of Associates Team Leaders. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales strategy, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of excellence within our sales organisation. What you will do: Drive Lendi Group's sales strategy collaboratively, ensuring the team consistently meets weekly and monthly targets. Analyse sales data collaboratively, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to optimise sales performance and enhance user-centric outcomes. Encourage creative thinking and diverse perspectives to an increase in conversion and achieve output requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associate Team Leaders, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support while embodying the organisations values and communication tone. Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions, utilising call recordings and live observations to promote innovative approaches and execution excellence within the team. Provide constructive feedback and targeted coaching to Associate Team Leaders based on observations, guiding them in refining their coaching methods and improving the overall performance of their teams. Continuously monitor compliance and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards. Directly participate in recruitment activities, actively managing and engaging in the growth of individuals and teams toward excellence and collective success. Strategically collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for process improvement, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
